Finally - The bedroom is finished! This is what it looked like in Early November 2004. I had obviously made a start on the built in wardrobe! Under the wood effect paper was the chimney breast - alas minus the fire grate. Lucky I found one in a local antiques shop and a grate to fit it in the reclamation yard. The room took WAY longer than expected to fix. Several delays as I wanted to do the wall papering and all the putting right myself. In the end I decided I was better off doing what I do best and letting Dave the plasterer do what he does best! Mind you I did do all the painting, skiting board, curtain etc. Credit also to Andy B for the pointing round the new firplace.
