Also on 1st Jan we went to Woburn Safari Park. We went to the Adventure Ark as well as visiting the Sea Lions and seeing the show. Charlie (because he's adopted a Sea Lion) got to hold a hoop and we all talked to the keepers, especially Alison - the Head Sea Lion Keeper.
We looked into adopting an Elephant, because apparently you get to walk with them and maybe even help bath them. Plan to adopt one when Kira (the Sea Lion's) adoption is up for renewal (in May-ish). Must keep an eye out for the annual pass holders bar-b-que. Heard about this and it sounds like a good thing to go to in the summer. Watch this space!
