Sri Lanka trip

After the Kids put their Shoe boxes together I got it into my head to follow the boxes to Sri Lanka and see them arrive at the School. Last Monday I mentioned this to Mrs Pauley, the Head Misters at MKPS. She thought it was a great idea and put me in touch with Hussain Shakir, a doctor from Milton Keynes who had grown up in Galle, Sri Lanka. Dr Shakir had arranged the collection and shipping of the boxes. He has family in Sri Lanka whoi will meet the boxes. On Monday night we met and started the ball rolling. I am determined to go. Phil Pauli will also come - he's tMrs Pauley's son. Andy Briars would like to vcoem too, but commitments to the Gambi work he's done nmight conflict

Tentative date for going is Tues 15th Feb, which is when the boxes should have arrived.
